Terms & Conditions
Overview
LittleInkedThings creates bespoke calligraphy and paper goods, crafted by hand for each individual client and project. By confirming a booking or placing an order, you agree to the following terms, set in place to ensure a smooth and respectful creative process for both parties.
Process
All work is custom and begins with a conversation. Details, concepts, and timelines are agreed upon prior to commencement. Once a project has begun, changes may be limited depending on the stage of production.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking or production slot. The remaining balance is payable prior to final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices reflect the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved in each bespoke piece.
Revisions
Each commission includes a defined number of revisions, outlined during the enquiry stage. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.Final approval is required before production or completion. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of the work, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made after production has begun are not eligible for refunds.
Usage & Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and calligraphy remain the intellectual property of LittleInkedThings unless otherwise agreed.
For weddings and personal projects, clients may use the work for personal purposes.
For corporate or commercial projects, usage rights are discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
LittleInkedThings reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.
